Making Memories for sure...I love it all pizza on the roof, soup bread bowls yummmy!!! Not whatever that was that Jenson had...horrible...poor guy...& he was having to much fun making the flour mess...you sure let your kids get away with a lot!!!!
Is this a tradition? or a new thing? How fun. Jeremy would never that that happen at our house. Maybe when our kids get older he'll loosen up a bit. That's why I love hanging out with MY family. You just have fun and not worry so much about the little things and the what ifs.
The ONLY reason we had pizza on the roof is becuz we were re-roofing our house at the time. I was petrified to let my little ones up there, but they kept begging. Personally, I stayed on the ladder - not because of fear, oh no, but because I had to continually do mom things,like get cups, and napkins, etc. I prefer Mom things over getting on the roof.
WAY To Tell It Like It Really Is...you prefering to do the mom things...the way the world is today I am surprised you weren't up & down on & off the roof...roofing & taking care of the needs of hubby & children...mother's are suppose to do it ALL...NOT!
